Premium Care Group provides residential, nursing and dementia care across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex. Established in 2022 by Robert Adams and Renos Sideras, we have a vision to provide individualised care within high quality facilities.

Robert Adams, Managing Director
Robert is extensively involved in the day to day running of our care homes ensuring that our residents receive a first class service. Robert also oversees the daily operational running of the homes, as well as ensuring the continued availability of investment into buildings and facilities.
Robert has been in the property business for over 25 years, working with two of the largest global property firms. He has successfully set up and managed numerous teams and worked with and trained brokers in the UK, London, India and The Middle East.
He has experience in residential agency, new homes, land and commercial and worked with clients and businesses across different sectors of the market. This experience will support Premium Care Group’s growth when acquiring new care homes in the future.
Renos Sideras, Adviser
Renos has over 4 decades of experience managing care homes and is committed to ensuring excellence and high-quality care.
Renos opened what is believed to be the first care home in the UK in April 1986 and has since operated over 100 services including care homes, nursing homes, dementia, learning disability, mental health, day services, rehabilitation hospitals, compound needs and secure homes. Renos has acted as consultant or chief executive for other groups and has won numerous awards in healthcare.
